It is illegal to download roms, only if you don't own the game cartridge for your console. Otherwise go ahead download it have fun! My sites goal is to allow others to play games that they might have bought and then later on broke somehow. Well my site gives you the opportunity to download the game that you have that no longer works. Or you just want to keep it incase something like that happens, then its ok to keep a rom on your computer. But if you don't own the rom you are downloading ( On a cartridge ) then it must be deleted within a 24 hour period of time. I, nor my web hosts/rom hosts take no responsibility for your actions. Which means if a rom contains a virus you cannot blame us in anyway. I try to check the roms before hand, but some might be sneaky and still exist. Be aware of this before downloading any roms here, it's your responsibility of what you download.
